Studio Policies

Place shoes and bags in the cubbies, and coats in the coat rack. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Keep cell phones OFF OR ON VIBRATE so not to disturb others.
There is a standard and enforced 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call the studio (718) 260-1000 ext 3 in Brooklyn or (646) 468-1478 in Manhattan, or email us at nyc@basipilatesacademy.com. You can reschedule your session for the same day with the same instructor, if the time is available, to avoid late charges.

We respect instructor/client relationships, but cannot guarantee a specific trainer. If your instructor is sick, we will do our best to offer a session with another instructor.
Packages have expiration dates – please note upon purchase.
Packages are transferable at the director’s discretion.
Please communicate openly with the director Lynda Gehrman, studio operations manager Anastasia Soroczynski or your instructor, as appropriate, anything you are not satisfied with, or any recommendations you might have.
